Shipping Orders

Orders take 1-2 business days to process after receipt and will be shipped within 3-7 business days after processing, unless noted at the time of order or you receive an email notification that an item in your order has been delayed. Any estimated ship date that may be given is an estimate only. Orders may be delayed due to verification or order placement time. Orders may be delivered in batches. All products purchased through orblontool.com are delivered under a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title to the merchandise passes to you upon delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.


Delivery address

A complete and correct shipping address is essential. Once your order is ready to be shipped or has been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, you will be contacted immediately to make the correction and the package will be reshipped with additional shipping charges. You must include the recipient, address and phone number on all orders.

Products shipped via standard service are usually delivered within 3-7 business days. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer, typically 7-12 business days.
